Commission for Racial Equality – evaluation of its funding scheme for community and voluntary organizations (in conjunction with the Centre for Inclusion & Diversity, University of Bradford)
English Heritage – development of a series of policies, operating manuals and management resources for EH Historic Properties – design and delivery of management and staff development programmes
Leeds University Business School – Jacinta Elliott is the lead facilitator and programme director for the Goldman Sachs-funded 10,000 Small Businesses programme at LUBS. The aim is to enable dynamic small businesses and social enterprises to achieve their growth potential. Piloted at Leeds in 2010, the LUBS programme is now on its fifth run with over 130 business owners and social enterprise CEOs taking part. Together with Professor of Enterprise Nigel Lockett, Jacinta has had a pivotal role in developing the curriculum and shaping the ethos of the programme. Other partners in the programme are Oxford Saïd Business School and Ahead Partnership, the Leeds-based social enterprise. Other centres for 10,000 Small Businesses are in Manchester, Birmingham and London.
Kirklees Metropolitan Council – facilitation of review events for the E&D team
UK Resource Centre for Women in Science, Engineering & Technology (UKRC) – evaluation & re-development of the UKRC's Quality Mark award for SET employers and evaluation of the UKRC's Cultural Analysis Tool (in conjunction with Jane Lewis of Together People and Jane Wilde of Jane Wilde Consulting)
University of Bradford – Jacinta and Reg are Honorary Fellows of the University's Centre for Inclusion & Diversity
University of Leeds - Nuffield Institute – as an Honorary Fellow of the Centre for Research in Primary Care at the Nuffield Institute from 2000 to 2005, Reg worked on an evaluation of Primary Care PMS pilots in the North, evaluation of a development programme for PCG Boards, and the national evaluation of the Primary Care Cancer Lead initiative.

National Institute for Mental Health in England (NIMHE) – research into the role of Community Development Workers for mental health in Black & Minority Ethnic communities (in conjunction with Gary Craig, Professor of Social Justice, University of Hull)
National Primary and Care Trust Development Programme (NatPaCT) – design and facilitation of a series of development programmes for Nursing and AHP members of PECs (Professional Executive Committees)
North & East Yorkshire SHA and North Lincolnshire SHA – evaluation of professional education courses for emergency care practitioners

– co-ordination of the research on Widening Participation in conjunction with the Universities in the region

Blackburn with Darwen Teaching PCT – report on development of a multidisciplinary learning centre, and production of a CD-ROM on training & development
Bradford & Airedale PCT – initiation and development of the Positive Images diversity project, working with schools and the NHS Trusts, which led to the city-wide 'POSH' project: Promoting Opportunities in Health and Social Care
Bradford Teaching Hospitals Trust – facilitation work for the Director of Equality and Diversity
Burnley Pendle & Rossendale PCT – leadership development programmes
Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust – Recently Reg and Jacinta have helped the trust develop a framework for Equality Impact Assessments
– Over a number of years, working alongside the Head of Organisation Development, Jacinta has trained trust staff as facilitators for the delivery of both LEA 360° and LEO programmes. She has also run LEA workshops for the Board and other senior managers.

Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust – Jacinta has a long association with the Trust where she has facilitated a range of development initiatives, including:
- Facilitating a 360° Leadership Effectiveness Analysis for the Executive Board
- Co-facilitating several 360° feedback workshops for clinical and managerial staff
- Giving 360° feedback to senior consultants
- Conducting a series of clinical engagement focus groups
- Co-designing the Harrogate Experience in Leadership and Management programme for medical staff
- Running a series of development workshops and action learning sets for General Managers
Hull Teaching PCT – evaluation of a development programme for practice managers
South Manchester PCT – design and facilitation of leadership development programmes
South West Yorkshire Mental Health Trust – design and facilitation of six clinical leadership programmes, including LEA 360° and action learning, jointly delivered with one of the directors
